If you're interested in the local Dutch cuisine, and you're staying in the Veluwe area, you could consider spending an afternoon or evening in Otterlo for a cooking workshop.
In our kitchen you prepare some of the local specialties. Depending on the season, and depending on the time of the day, you prepare plates like: croquettes on bread, asparagus soup, pea soup, "hutspot', curly kale potatoes, semolina pudding, spicy cake or ... The Dutch cuisine may not be very renowned, it is interesting and most important: it's fun!
We welcome maximum 4 guests for the workshop, to make sure we have plenty of time for learning about the Dutch kitchen, typical Dutch habits, conversation and for enjoying the process of creating lovely dishes. We promise an evening to remember with a smile!
